Protecting your personal data matters to us. This policy explains what data we process when you visit this website or use our contact form — in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (revFADP) and, where applicable, the GDPR.

Contact form
When you use our contact form, we process the data you provide: name, email address, company (optional) and your message. For technical reasons we also store the selected language and your browser identifier (user agent).
Purpose: to handle and respond to your inquiry. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual steps and/or your consent given by submitting the form.
Hosting and processors
This website is served via Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.). In doing so, technical connection data (e.g. IP address, date/time, browser type) is processed to deliver and secure the site.
Your form submissions are stored in a Supabase database (servers in Frankfurt, Germany / EU). We use OVH to deliver the email notification.
Cookies and tracking
This website uses no analytics or tracking cookies and embeds no external analytics services. Fonts are served locally. Strictly necessary security cookies may be set by our host; these do not require consent.
Retention
We keep your inquiry only for as long as necessary to handle it, and delete it afterwards unless statutory retention obligations apply.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your data, as well as to object. To exercise these rights, contact support@wildeast.ch. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in Switzerland: the FDPIC).

We may update this privacy policy at any time. The version published on this page applies.
